The wedding of Linda Gardiner and Rhys Allman
THE COUPLE: Linda Gardiner (30) is originally from Airth and an office manager for the Nationwide crash repair centre. Rhys Allman (28) is from Letham and works at Carron Bathrooms. The couple live at 22 Carse View, Airth.

WHERE THEY MET: The couple met on a night out in Airth in April 2004.

THE PROPOSAL: It was while they were enjoying a meal in Edinburgh in April 2007 that Rhys popped the question. It was a surprise for Linda.

THE WEDDING: The marriage took place in Airth Parish Church and was conducted by the Rev. Bill Denholm on July 26, 2008. The ceremony was attended by 90 family and friends. In the evening around 180 guests attended the reception in The Golden Lion, Stirling.

THE BRIDE'S OUTFIT: Linda wore a Rosetta Nicolini ivory off–the–shoulder dress.

THE BRIDAL PARTY: The bridesmaids were Kirsty Gardiner, Sandra Martin and Lizzie Smith. The bestman was Robert Smith, and the two ushers were John Gardiner and Graham Burden.

THE HONEYMOON: The couple jetted off to the Dominican Republic.
