The marriage of Jacqueline Dickson and Martin Green
THE COUPLE: Jacqueline Green (nee Dickson) is 28 and from Grangemouth. She works with the Clydesdale Bank in Stirling. Martin Green (28) is also a Portonian and works with Babcock in Grangemouth. The couple live in Wavell Street, Grangemouth.

WHERE THEY MET: Jacqueline and Martin met 10 years ago when they were with friends in Zetland Park.

THE PROPOSAL: The couple had been going out to-gether for quite a while and when they became engaged in July 2007 they decided then on a date.

THE WEDDING: The marriage took place in Zetland Parish Church, Grangemouth and the service was conducted by the Rev. Richard Smith on July 19, 2008. There were over 80 family and friends in the church and more than 100 guests at the evening reception at the Beancross Farm, Grangemouth.

THE BRIDE'S OUTFIT: Jacqueline wore an antique ivory lace off-the-shoulder dress by Alfred Angelo.

THE BRIDAL PARTY: Bridesmaids were Leanne Ferguson, Lisa Skinner, Laura Jones, Sian Jones and Megan Gray. Best man was Stuart McFarlane. The ushers were Brian Dickson and Michael O'Donnell.

THE HONEYMOON: The couple flew to Mauritius and Dubai.

THANKS: Thanks are extended to family and friends for gifts and good wishes.
