A women saw red and started throwing toys and a chair which struck her partner on the head and injured him.

Jennifer Dickson (25), 29 Castle Terrace, Denny, appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday having admitted the assault she committed in Castleview Terrace, Haggs on September 18, last year.

The court heard she had been of good behaviour since, but the case had been continued to ascertain if Dickson’s partner wanted a non-harassment order in place.

It was stated he did not.

Sheriff Christopher Shead admonished Dickson.
