Carron domestic offender's court no show

A middle-aged offender who threatened and struggled with is partner failed to turn up to Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday.

At a previous court appearance James O’Neill (50) had admitted behaving in a threatening manner, shouting, swearing and struggling with his partner at an address in Alloa Road, Carron on November 14 last year.

O’Neill, 21 Alloa Road, Carron, was a no show at last week’s remand court, with no explanation for his absence.

Sheriff Christopher Shead issued a warrant for his arrest.
